FAQ

Q. How is my name put onto the back of the jersey?

A. When purchasing your personalised jersey, you will select your desired size and then in the box below you will type in your CUSTOM NAME. When you are checking out please double check that all names correspond with the chosen sizes and don't forget to look closely at the spelling as how it is written is how it will be printed. No refunds or exchanges will be giving for incorrect spelling.

Q. What material is used to put the name onto the back of the jersey?

A. Your chosen name will be sublimated in the material and then it is made into a jersey. No peeling or discolouration here!

Q. Why do I have to wait 2-5 weeks for my personalised jersey?

A. All personalised jerseys are made to order. With Australia's Covid restrictions at the moment there is up to a 3 week wait on production and up to a 3 weeks wait for postage. We aim to get all jerseys out to our customers as quick as we can once they are made.

Q. Why do you recommend you go up a size when ordering our jerseys?

A. We recommend this as the jersey's are mostly true to size, however due to the nature of the material and the shape of the jersey we have found most customers are happier going up 1-2 sizes. We HIGHLY recommend that the kids sizes 1-4 go up a size if your child is a larger build as the neck holes for the kids sizes run very small. The designers have assured me that this can not be changed otherwise the jersey would not sit right on your little one. So we recommend styling your child's hair AFTER the jersey has been put over their head!

Q. My jersey has arrived, but there is a defect. Can I send it back?

A. We make every effort to double check all orders are perfect before they are sent out. Sorry that your jersey isn't in tip top condition. If you send it back to us we will be sure to replace it with one that is. If we can not make this happen then the jersey will need to be returned to Muscat Apparel and an exchange/refund will be given.

Q. Why the number 21 on the front?

A. This represents the year 2021
